• Zero Physical Shipments: We DO NOT ship any physical packages, parcels, CDs, USB drives, or physical merchandise.
• Under no circumstances will any physical product be dispatched through courier services or postal mail.
• No Shipping Fees: Because all deliveries occur electronically across high-speed cloud networks, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges applied to any order.

2. Delivery Methods & Access Channels

Upon completing a transaction, your digital mods are delivered through two primary digital channels:

* Navigate to "My Account" → "My Orders" or "Downloads".
* Your active download links, decryption keys (if applicable), and installation guides are permanently available in your personal library.
2. Order Confirmation Email:
* A digital invoice and order confirmation receipt containing your order summary is dispatched to your registered email address immediately following payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Turnaround Time (SLA)

• Automated Online Gateways (Instant): For orders completed via our instant automated gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Cards, Net Banking, instant UPI), delivery is instantaneous (0 to 15 minutes). Access is activated in your dashboard the moment the gateway callback confirms successful payment.

4. Lifetime Access & Re-download Rights

• Once you purchase a digital mod license on PLAY WITH CHETHAN, you maintain uninterrupted access to re-download the file from your dashboard in the event that your local copy is accidentally lost, uninstalled, or formatted.
• Version updates and compatibility patches issued for your purchased mod will also be accessible directly from your account download area at no additional cost.

5. Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt Resolution

If you have completed your payment and have not received access within the designated delivery timeframe:
1. Verify that your payment was successfully deducted from your bank or UPI application.
2. Check your User Dashboard under My Orders to ensure the transaction status shows "Completed" or "Paid".
3. Check your email's Spam or Promotions folder for the order confirmation receipt.
