Order Cancellation Policy

At PLAY WITH CHETHAN, we are dedicated to providing instant, seamless access to premium simulation mods and digital creative assets. Because our marketplace is powered by instant electronic delivery, our order cancellation policy is outlined below.

1. Digital Orders Post-Payment Fulfillment

Instant Delivery Nature: When you place an order using our automated payment gateways, the digital license and direct download link are provisioned to your account dashboard within seconds.
Irrevocable Fulfillment: Once payment is confirmed and digital access is enabled, the purchase cannot be canceled, rescinded, or recalled by the customer.
By proceeding to payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your right of cancellation expires immediately upon delivery of digital content.

2. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation (Manual UPI / Pending Verification)

For orders placed using our Manual UPI / QR Code Verification Method, orders remain in a "Pending Verification" state until our team verifies your Transaction UTR and payment screenshot.
If you wish to cancel an order before your payment has been verified and before mod download access has been unlocked, you may submit an immediate cancellation request via WhatsApp (+91 8978045636) or email ([playwithchethan@gmail.com](mailto:playwithchethan@gmail.com)) with your Order ID.
If verification has not yet occurred, the order will be canceled. If funds were debited, a full reversal will be processed back to your source account within 5–7 banking days.

3. Cancellations Initiated by PLAY WITH CHETHAN

Fraud Prevention & Security Flags: Orders flagged by our risk detection system, suspicious payment activity, or unauthorized use of payment credentials.
Pricing or Inventory Error: In the rare event of a technical database error displaying an incorrect price or an unavailable mod. In such cases, the full amount debited will be refunded immediately to the original payment source.
Platform Policy Violations: Purchase attempts made by accounts previously banned for abusive behavior, redistribution of proprietary assets, or piracy.
