Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Download

Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, refunds will not be provided. Since we sell digital downloadable products, files count as fulfilled as soon as accessed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment deducted but product not delivered
• Duplicate payment
• Technical system failure

3. Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of transaction. Approved refunds take 5-7 business days.
