User Account Deletion & Data Retention Process


We provide a transparent process for users who wish to permanently close their accounts:

• Initialization: You can request account deletion at any time through your "Danger Zone" in account settings.
  
• 30-Day Grace Period: Upon request, your account is immediately deactivated and enters a "Pending Deletion" state. Your data remains stored securely for 30 days.
  
• Cancellation & Recovery: If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion within this 30-day window simply by logging back into the platform and selecting "Cancel Deletion". This will instantly restore your account to full active status.
  
• Permanent Purge: If the request is not cancelled within 30 days, our system automatically and permanently removes your personal profile, including name, email, and contact details, from our active databases.
  
• Legal Exceptions: Essential transaction records and invoices are retained for the minimum period required by Indian financial and tax regulations for audit purposes.
