DMCA Counter-Notification Policy

1. Overview

If a mod you uploaded was removed due to a DMCA Takedown Notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.

2. Required Information

Your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
• Your full legal name, address, and consent to local jurisdiction.

3. Outcome

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If no legal action is filed within 10-14 business days, the content may be restored.
